Account and progress
I changed phones. How do I get my progress back?
Install Chkobba GO and sign in with the same method you used before (Google, Facebook, Apple or email). Your coins, items and progress live on our servers, not on the phone.
I can’t sign in
Check your internet connection and make sure you’re using the same sign-in method as before. If it still fails, email us your username or player code and the error you see.
How do I change my username or avatar?
Open your profile in the game and tap Edit name. Usernames are 3 to 14 letters, numbers or underscores, and must be unique.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Delete your account. You can delete everything, or only some of your data.
Coins, purchases and rewards
I bought something and didn’t get it
Restart the game while connected to the internet; pending purchases are delivered when it opens. If it’s still missing after an hour, email us with the order ID from your Google Play or App Store receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through the store you paid. For Google Play, see Google Play refunds. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
I watched a rewarded ad but got nothing
Rewards arrive once Google confirms the ad finished, which can take a few seconds. Closing the ad early means no reward. If you watched it fully and nothing arrived after a few minutes, email us with roughly when it happened.
Can I turn coins into real money?
No. Coins and gems are virtual and have no real-world value. Chkobba GO doesn’t offer real-money gambling.
Did I lose coins when I left a match?
Leaving an online match after it starts counts as a forfeit, so the entry is lost. Leaving while you’re still waiting in the lobby costs nothing.
Playing online
How do I play with friends?
Tap Play with Friends. Create a room (1v1 or 2v2, 11 or 21 points) and share the 6-digit code, or type a friend’s code and tap Join. In 2v2 the host can swap players between teams before starting.
Are my opponents real people?
We look for real players first. If nobody turns up after a short wait, a computer-controlled opponent may take the seat, and their profile says so.
My connection dropped during a match
Reopen the game as soon as you can; it reconnects to the match by itself. If the match has already ended, your result will be waiting.
Safety and reporting
How do I report a player?
Email makelarkstudios@gmail.com with their username or player code, when it happened and what they did. Screenshots help. We review every report.
How do I stop someone messaging me?
Only friends can send you direct messages. Remove someone from your friends list to stop their messages, and report them if they broke the rules.
