Delete your account

Ask us to delete your Chkobba GO account and all of its data, or only part of it. This page is for Chkobba GO by MAKELARK Studios.

Request deletion

Fill in the form and press Send deletion request. Your email app opens with the request already written; just press send. Prefer to write it yourself? Email makelarkstudios@gmail.com with your username or player code and how you sign in.

What do you want to delete?

You’ll find both on your profile in the game. The player code starts with CG.

Helps us confirm the account is yours. If you can, send the request from this address.

What happens next

  1. We reply to confirm we’ve received your request, usually within 3 working days.
  2. If we can’t match the request to an account, or it didn’t come from the account’s email, we may ask you to confirm from inside the game or from that email. This stops anyone deleting an account that isn’t theirs.
  3. We delete the data within 30 days of confirming, and email you when it’s done.

After deletion you can create a new account, but nothing from the old one can be restored.

Deleting only some data

You don’t have to delete everything. Choose Only some of my data in the form and tell us what to remove, for example:

  • your messages;
  • your profile photo link (you switch back to a game avatar);
  • your optional age and gender;
  • your Facebook data and the Facebook link on your account.

You can also change some of these yourself from your profile in the game.

If you used Facebook Login

This page is also our Facebook data deletion page. To delete the data Chkobba GO received from Facebook:

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites, find Chkobba GO and remove it.
  2. Then send a request with the form above, for your whole account or only your Facebook data. We delete your Facebook ID, name, photo link and friend suggestions within 30 days.

Purchases and subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t refund past purchases. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first, because deleting your account doesn’t stop the store from billing you.
